Official system requirements for LOTR: BFME (Lord Of The Rings: Battle For Middle Earth):
Minimum LOTR system requirements
CPU: 1.3 Ghz equivalent or higher processor
RAM: 256 MB of system RAM
512 MB of system RAM for online play with 3 or more players
Hard disk: 4 GB free hard disk space
CD-ROM: 16x speed or faster
Graphics card: Video card with 32 MB or more memory and one of these chipsets is required: NVIDIA GeForce 2 GTS or greater, ATI Radeon 7500 or greater
Sound: Sound card with speakers or headphones.
Mouse: Microsoft Mouse or compatible pointing device.
Network (2-8 players); Internet (2 players): 56 Kbps Internet connection, (3-8 players): Cable, DSL, or faster connection
OS: Microsoft® Windows® XP
DirectX: DirectX 9.0c or above.
